Carcase Competition
The Beef Australia National Carcase competition provides an opportunity for producers to test the quality of their product against market specifications.
Classes are carefully developed to reflect requirements of customers across domestic and international markets with judging based on the Australian Beef Carcase Appraisal Method and points scored based on Aus-meat standards. Carried out in conjunction with participating processing facilities around the country, the competition offers the opportunity to be judged on national basis with fellow producers.
